Covers an area of 30 acres, construction area of more than 7000 square meters. The total investment of the project is 50 million yuan. All four production lines are in full operation.

The company is committed to the production and development of solar and semiconductor grade quartz crucible, quartz crucible product specifications from 28 inches to 42 inches. To build a domestic professional quartz material manufacturing technology enterprise, planning two series of main products:

The first is the solar-level quartz crucible, which is mainly used for pulling solar silicon single crystal, silicon wafer is used for power generation;

The second is the electronic grade quartz crucible, mainly used for drawing semiconductor silicon single crystal, mainly used for IC, electronic chip materials;

The company has a vigorous staff, with domestic crucible automation production equipment and 10000 level clean room, with an annual output of 48,000 single crystal crucible production capacity. The product mainly uses the crystal pulling process as a container for monocrystalline silicon raw materials. Silicon Parts Products are dedicated to providing the ideal wafer carrying tools for semiconductor wafer processing, reducing silicon metal contamination, dislocation and other defects, and providing breakthrough solutions for cutting-edge processes.

The company will be put into operation in December 2022, and its main customers are Xuzhou GCL and Beijing Express. From December 2022 to June 2023, the company made a net profit of 24.5 million yuan.
