First, improper loading method

1. The contact between the material on the liquid level line and the quartz crucible is in a surface contact state, which is easy to cause hanging during the melting process, resulting in deformation of the crucible.

2. The upper part is all loaded with small pieces of fine material, which is easy to dissolve the lower part when melting, and the upper part is crystalline and causes deformation.


2. Improper melting method

At present, in the production of solar single crystal, the thermal screen process is generally used, and the thermal screen is generally divided into two kinds of hanging and lowering. There are two reasons for deformation due to improper melting method:

1. If the upper melting method is used in the hanging hot screen, the pot position is lowered to the low level first, so that the upper material is melted first, which is easy to produce deformation in the melting process.

2. The upper part of the hanging heat screen is generally not easy to deform, but if the upper silicon material melts and sinks, if the pot position is not raised in time, it will cause the bottom bulge to deform.


Third, improper melting power

1. High temperature

Since the melting point of silicon is 1420 ° C, the general melting temperature is about 1550-1600 ° C, if the melting temperature is too high, it is easy to deformation in the melting process.

2. The temperature is too low

When the melting temperature of quartz crucible is low, the contact between the upper part of the crucible and the wall of the crucible is prone to melting and non-melting. When the lower part of the crucible melts the upper part of the hanging block, it will be deformed.


4. Raw materials

The quality of raw materials is uneven, the impurities contained are much higher than the original polycrystalline, and the pickling process is not perfect, which has a very large impact on the normal use of the crucible, mainly in the prone to serious crystallization.


Five, improper operation

In the production of cleaning and packaging, it is contaminated and crystallization occurs, so that the original thickness will be thinned, and the strength will be reduced, resulting in deformation. And in the process of placing the product and filling the silicon material due to improper operation, it will be contaminated and deformed.
